Shipping

Processing Time: We move fast, but we don’t cut corners. Orders saddle up within 2–3 business days.

Carriers: Your gear rides out with trusted hands — USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL — whichever gets it to you quickest.

Costs: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

Tracking: Once your order’s on the trail, you’ll get a tracking number to follow it home.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Window: If your item doesn’t fit right or isn’t what you expected, you’ve got 30 days from delivery to send it back. Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

How To Return: Email us at support@cowboyauthentics.com for a return authorization and step-by-step instructions.

Refunds: Once your return makes it back to the corral and passes inspection, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges: Need a different size or style? We’ll swap it out within that same 30-day window.

Non-Returnable Items: Final sale gear, gift cards, and custom orders can’t be returned.

Damaged or Wrong Orders

We stand by what we ship. If your order shows up busted or not what you ordered, email support@cowboyauthentics.com with your order number and a photo. We’ll make it right.
